We offer 10-days money back guarantee if you can’t connect to our VPN servers using all VPN connections included into your package.

  1. We do not offer money back in following cases:

    (1)The service is provided “as-is”. We can not guaranty that our service unblocks certain sites. The fact that you are not able to access a site using VPN Center can not be a reason for a refund request.
    (2)We do not refund for speed issues because speeds are depend on your ISP / location and our VPN server locations.
    (3)If VPN Center terminates an account due to policy violation, there will be no refund.
    (4)Automatically PayPal subscription payments are non-refundable because you are responsible for your subscriptions on PayPal. Only Windows, MacOS and Linux users are eligible for refunds. If you try to use VPN Center on other operating systems or devices (like iPhone/iPad/Android), make sure you test the service first.
    (5)If you are not able to setup VPN Center on your modem or router you are NOT eligible for a refund.
    (6)If you do not take any effort contacting our support department first to help you resolve the problem you do not qualify for a refund.
